Bristol Technology Buy

IRVINE —  Bristol Technology Systems Inc. in Irvine signed definitive agreement to acquire a Miami electronics company for cash and stock. Specific terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Bristol said it hopes to complete the purchase of International Systems & Electronics Corp. by the end of April. International Systems will operate under its current management as a unit of Bristol Technology.
