Mark Kurtich has been named vice president of production for the Los Angeles Times. Kurtich worked at the Hartford Courant, also a Times Mirror newspaper, for 26 years, most recently as vice president of circulation, production and customer service. He will oversee production operations at The Times’ San Fernando Valley, Orange County and Olympic facilities.
