Awards Recognize Neighborhood Pride
Nominations are being accepted for the annual Neighborhood Pride awards, which recognize top homes and neighborhoods in the city.
To be eligible, a candidate must submit an application to the Community Services Department’s Neighborhood Improvement Division. Each application must include at least four neighbors’ signatures, including that of a contact person.
A neighborhood is defined as both sides of a street, one block long.
Judging factors are overall appearance of the neighborhood, the masonry, condition of driveways and exterior paint on homes, landscaping and use of color and foliage.
Applications will be accepted through April 17, with judging to be April 28.
