Outlook: The Dolphins appear to be the co-favorite with Mater Dei to win the South Coast League championship, but Mission Viejo and Capistrano Valley aren’t far behind. Lindahl ended a phenomenal freshman season with a personal best of 1:56.48 in the 800 meters. Anstead showed his versatility in both the sprints and jumps, running 10.8 and 22.7 for 100 and 200. He long jumped 22-4 3/4 and triple jumped 44-6 1/2. Brown emerged as one of Orange County’s best high hurdlers last spring, running 15.02.
