Title Weekend Starts for Preps

A championship weekend of high school boys’ and girls’ basketball begins tonight with nine title games.

The featured game is a boys’ matchup between Crenshaw and Westchester at the Sports Arena at 8 p.m. Crenshaw is going for its fifth consecutive City Section Division 4-A title.

The UC Irvine Bren Center will host three Southern Section boys’ finals, highlighted by Baron Davis-led Santa Monica Crossroads against Santa Ana Calvary Chapel at 6:15 p.m.
