Hazing Hearings End for 11 Citadel Cadets

The Citadel military college wrapped up closed disciplinary hearings for 11 cadets accused of participating in hazing of some of the school’s first women cadets, Citadel spokesman Terry Leedom said. Leedom said it wasn’t known when the findings would be disclosed. Three cadets were charged with physical violence, abusive treatment, failure to report hazing and poor judgment. If found guilty, they could be expelled. The other cadets faced lesser charges.
