Last week, he scored the winning goal in a 3-2 victory over Mission Viejo and chipped over the goalkeeper for the only goal in a 1-0 victory over Mater Dei. “Phil is a real thinker,” Coach Ron Willms said. “He can assess a situation really quickly.”
