Cypress used its sister act in beating Loara, 4-0, in an Empire League girls’ soccer game Thursday at Loara.
Sisters Michele and Laura Woiemberghe and Jane and Jodie Specht each scored a goal for Cypress (13-3-2, 4-0-0).
In other Empire League games:
Kennedy 8, Century 0--Hillary Poan scored three goals and Michelle Cross added two to lead Kennedy (12-5, 3-1).
El Dorado 3, Katella 0--Jennifer Reott scored two goals, giving her 12, for host El Dorado (11-6, 3-1).
In the Century League:
Foothill 4, Canyon 1--Laura Dooley scored three goals for visiting Foothill (8-5-2, 4-1).
El Modena 3, Villa Park 1--Jill Pearson, in her second game back after arthroscopic knee surgery, scored in the 33rd minute to break a 1-1 tie for visiting El Modena (11-6-2, 5-0).
In the Garden Grove League:
Garden Grove 7, Rancho Alamitos 0--Katie Favello and Nichole Dohan each scored twice for visiting Garden Grove (6-4-2, 4-0-1).
La Quinta 10, Bolsa Grande 0--Sarah Skinner had three goals, giving her 19, for La Quinta (4-5-1, 2-1-1).
Los Amigos 5, Santiago 0--Sylvia Renteria scored three goals to lead Los Amigos (4-4-3, 3-2).
In the Golden West League:
Ocean View 2, Saddleback 0--Jessica Goldberg scored in the first half for host Ocean View (3-9-2, 3-1-1).

Whittier Christian 4, Capistrano Valley Christian 0--Megan Brennan scored two goals for Whittier Christian (6-4-1, 4-4-1).

Magnolia 2, Western 2--Priscila Wong’s goal with 15 minutes to play tied it, 2-2, for Magnolia (3-11, 1-2-1).
Valencia 1, Anaheim 0--Beth Leverett scored the winning goal early in the second half for Valencia (9-3-1, 3-1).
Brea Olinda 6, Savanna 0--Amanda Manton and Tennli Ulicny each scored two goals for eighth-ranked Brea Olinda (16-3-1, 4-0).
In the Pacific Coast League:
University 2, Aliso Niguel 0--Parim Esphbodi and Allyson Marquand scored for University (7-5-1, 2-2). Aliso Niguel is 4-7-2, 1-1-1.
Laguna Hills 6, Costa Mesa 0--Erin Finch scored two goals for Laguna Hills (12-6, 4-0).
Laguna Beach 2, Estancia 1--Rosie Dobbs scored both goals for Laguna Beach (8-6-1, 2-2).

Los Alamitos 2, Edison 0--Cyndi Tredway scored both goals for fourth-ranked Los Alamitos (14-3-2, 3-0).
