The Newport Beach investment management organization said net income for 1996 was $91.1 million, or $1.29 per Class A Limited Partner and General Partner unit, a gain of 33% from 1995 net income of $68.5 million, or $1.16 per unit. Revenue was up 21%, to $392 million, from $323 million. For the fourth quarter, net income rose to $24.2 million, or 33 cents a unit, from $24.1 million, or 35 cents a unit. Revenue increased 13%, to $104.9 million, from $93.2 million.
