Lasorda, Fitch Compare Notes
Former Dodger Manager Tom Lasorda, who retired after having an angioplasty last summer, attended the game against Cleveland and talked with Clipper Coach Bill Fitch, who underwent an emergency triple bypass after a heart attack last summer.
Lasorda isn’t surprised Fitch, 62, decided to continue coaching.
“It’s his life,” Lasorda said of Fitch, who has spent 24 years in the NBA.

Clipper guard Pooh Richardson sat out his second consecutive game because of a sprained right ankle.
Richardson, who sat out eight games because of a sprained ankle last month, re-injured the ankle in last Saturday’s two-point loss at Minnesota.
He hopes to play in Tuesday night’s game at Portland.

Cavalier guard Bob Sura suffered a mild concussion when he hit his head when he fell to the floor on a drive with 9:26 remaining in the fourth quarter.
Cavalier forward Donny Marshall sat out the game because of a sprained right wrist.
