Business Advocacy Group to Meet Today
The Valley Industry and Commerce Assn. will discuss issues affecting businesses in the community today at a membership orientation meeting.
The free meeting, sponsored by VICA’s Membership and Development Committee, will be held from 7:45 to 9 a.m. at James R. Gary & Co., 21747 Erwin St., Woodland Hills.
VICA is a nonprofit, nonpartisan business advocacy organization that evaluates and often takes stands on public policy issues involving the San Fernando Valley and surrounding communities. The group has been involved lobbying elected officials and the public to further the business community’s agenda since 1949.
