Pasadena 16, Alemany 0--Karl Hallie ran for a 45-yard touchdown midway through the fourth quarter to seal a nonleague victory for the Bulldogs (2-0) at Pasadena City College.
Hallie rushed for 159 yards and also had a six-yard touchdown in the second quarter. Pasadena’s James Fletcher rushed for 76 yards in 14 carries.
Alemany’s Miguel Fletcher rushed for 76 yards in 15 carries. Gary Nieto connected on seven of 18 passes for 67 yards.
It could have been worse for the Indians, but Pasadena fumbled away chances inside the Alemany 20-yard line in the second and fourth quarters.
