Day Returns to Compete for Quartz Hill

Danielle Day, who set a Quartz Hill High record of 10 minutes 45.20 seconds in the 3,200 meters in May, has returned to Lancaster with her family after relocating to Winter Park, Fla., this summer.

Day, a junior-to-be at Quartz Hill, placed 10th in the 1995 Southern Section Division I cross-country championships.
