Jennings to Coach Tustin Baseball

Greg Jennings, an assistant and associate head baseball coach at Tustin High the last 10 years, has been named head coach of the Tillers, the district announced Monday.
Jennings replaces Tim O’Donoghue, who resigned in June to become a vice principal at Tustin. Jennings, a graduate of Foothill High, will be a student-teacher in Tustin High’s math department this fall.
Steve Dunmeyer was named girls’ basketball coach at Tustin, replacing Rick Falk, who will serve be an assistant coach.
Pat Manning has been named girls’ volleyball coach, replacing Michele Walker, who remains at the school as a teacher.

Angel third baseman George Arias, catcher Todd Greene and pitcher Mike Holtz will participate in the team’s final youth baseball clinic of the season Saturday, Aug. 31, at the San Juan Capistrano Community Center and Sports Complex.
The clinic, designed for boys and girls ages 8-13, will take place from 10 a.m. to noon, with registration beginning at 9 a.m. Instruction will be provided in pitching, fielding and hitting. For more information, call (714) 937-7200.
