World IN BRIEF : HONG KONG : Reward Offered in Attack on Publisher

Hong Kong journalists offered a $389,600 reward for information leading to the arrests of two men who cut off the arm of a magazine publisher, a local newspaper said. Two well-dressed men walked into the office of publisher Leung Tin-wai, 53, and severed his left forearm with two large knives. Leung remained hospitalized after an 18-hour operation to reattach the arm.
