STUDENT ART FAIR
Junior high and high school students identified as at-risk youth will participate today in an art fair in East Los Angeles where they will compete in categories from drama to short story writing.
The annual fair is sponsored by Soledad Enrichment Action Inc., a private nonprofit organization that provides alternative schools throughout Los Angeles County for youth on probation. It was founded by parents whose children were killed in gang violence.
The art fair will be held 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Church on Brady, 715 S. Brady Ave.
