Renaissance Golf Products Inc.: The Huntington Beach company, doing business as Fila Golf, posted a first-quarter net loss of $349,000, or 6 cents a share, compared with a net loss of $599,000, or 11 cents a share, for the 1995 first quarter. Sales fell to $396,000 from $1.2 million.

The company also said it is seeking additional capital to pay $558,000 in overdue royalties and fund ongoing operations and anticipated growth. Royalty payments were due March 31 to Fila Sport in Italy for use of the Fila trademark, the company said. The license agreement with Fila could be terminated unless Renaissance Golf meets a June 30 deadline for paying the royalties, the company said.
