. . . With record summer crowds expected at local theme parks, Disneyland and Knott’s Berry Farm announced price increases.
An adult admission to Disneyland rose to $17.95 from $16.50. At Knott’s, the fee climbed to $14.95 from $13.95. Meanwhile, Disneyland was building a $17-million theater to screen Michael Jackson’s “Captain EO.”
