Rescue workers in Russia’s Far East found the snow-covered wreckage of a cargo plane on the slopes of a volcano three days after it disappeared with 21 people on board, the Civil Defense Ministry said. There were no survivors, an official said. The civilian plane disappeared shortly before it was due to land in the Kamchatka Peninsula.
