ARV Expanding Into N.Y., N.J.
COSTA MESA — ARV Assisted Living Inc. acquired a former nursing home in New York City for $3.3 million. ARV said it will renovate the building to create about 140 assisted-living units.
ARV also said it plans to develop a 136-unit assisted living facility on land in Middlesex County, N.J., that the company purchased for $1.5 million.
