ANAHEIM — Radiant Technology Corp., a company that makes infrared furnaces and ovens for the electronics industry, said it has emerged from bankruptcy. The Anaheim-based company entered Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in November 1993, after a former landlord sued seeking damages for termination of a lease agreement.
Radiant said in a news release that the company “emerges from its voluntary confines profitable, with a strong backlog and confident management team.”
