Brea Olinda to Play Rain-Delayed Soccer Game
The Brea Olinda girls’ soccer team (16-7-1) will play at Chino Hills Ayala (17-4-1) at 3 p.m. today in a quarterfinal game of the Southern Section Division III playoffs.
The game was postponed Thursday after rain forced the postponement of Ayala’s second-round game, which was scheduled for Tuesday. Ayala defeated Newhall Hart, 4-1, Wednesday, in the second round.
In boys’ soccer, Orange Lutheran (15-3-6) has had its game at Palos Verdes Chadwick rescheduled to 1 p.m. Saturday. The Division V quarterfinal game was to be played Thursday.
