Washington Tops Arizona in Overtime

Jason Hartman, who scored 18 points, made a free throw with 1.1 seconds left in overtime, lifting Washington to its first victory in Tucson in 12 years, 80-79 over No. 14 Arizona in a Pacific 10 game Thursday night.
Hartman had missed a three-point shot at the end of regulation, which ended 73-73.
The Huskies improved to 13-4 overall and 6-2 in the Pac-10 with their first victory at the McKale Center since January 1984.
Arizona fell to 15-4, 5-3.
Washington State 72, Arizona State 58--Isaac Fontaine scored 12 of his game-high 18 points in the second half and Mark Hendrickson had 16 points and nine rebounds to lead the Cougars (9-7, 2-6) over the Sun Devils (7-9, 2-6) at Tempe, Ariz.
