A mild rainfall dampened Orange County early Sunday, and more was expected, possibly with gusty winds, by late Sunday or early today.
About one-tenth of an inch of drizzle was recorded in various parts of the county, said Curtis Brack, meteorologist for WeatherData, which provides weather information for The Times. No serious rain-related accidents were reported, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The rain, which accompanied a cold front with temperatures in the 50s and lower 60s, ended early Sunday.
The forecast calls for more showers, possibly with stiff winds, lasting through Wednesday, Brack said. Temperatures are expected to reach the upper 50s to mid-60s, with lows in the mid-40s to lower 50s, according to WeatherData.
