Coaching Stability Can Only Help Ducks

It was refreshing to read that Mighty Ducks management has the common sense to back Coach Ron Wilson for the long term. While it is fashionable for teams to change coaches whenever a losing streak hits, or a bad year comes along, it is not the answer.
It has been proved that teams win with stability at their coaching positions. Dodgers--Alston and Lasorda; 49ers--Walsh and Seifert; Lakers--Riley. Losers change coaches frequently--Angels and Clippers.
I’m looking forward to watching Ron Wilson and his young team grow together into a Stanley Cup contender for many years to come.
