4 Aftershocks Felt in Area North of Ridgecrest

Four more moderate aftershocks were felt in the desert 10 miles north of Ridgecrest, Caltech seismologists reported. The aftershocks late Wednesday night and early Thursday measured magnitudes 3.9, 3.7, 3.4 and 3.4. None did any damage. There have been more than 8,000 quakes in the area since August.
