CRA to Hold Grant Orientation Meetings
The Los Angeles Community Redevelopment Agency will hold three orientation meetings next month for artists interested in applying for grant programs in redevelopment project areas.
All meetings will be held downtown, and are scheduled as follows: Nov. 2 from 9-11 a.m. at the Ronald Reagan State Building, 300 S. Spring St.; Nov. 6, 6-8 p.m., CRA, 354 S. Spring St.; Nov. 18, 10 a.m.-noon, Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, 919 S. Grand Ave.
Grants are available through three funding programs, the Downtown Cultural Trust Fund, the Santa Fe Art Colony Public Trust Art Fund and the Rockefeller Public Art Trust Fund.
Grant applications are due by Jan. 8. All artists residing in Southern California are eligible.
