Recent Article Is Deserving of Praise
* I wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed the article by Mary Helen Ponce (“When the Third World Is in Your Own Back Yard,” Sept. 24). I have read other books and articles by her and thoroughly enjoy her descriptions of events and places.
I attended grammar school and high school with Mary Helen and am always delighted to read her stories.
