Saugus 47, Burroughs 6--Kevin Carrasco threw for 239 yards and five touchdowns in three quarters to lead the Centurions at Canyon High.
Carrasco--who completed eight of 14--connected with Anthony Smith on a 61-yard scoring play on the first play from scrimmage. He also connected with Smith on a six-yard touchdown, and added touchdown passes of 12, 80 and 55 yards.
Russell Overstreet rushed for 112 yards and a touchdown in eight carries for Saugus (3-3, 1-0). Mark Pecaro added 100 yards and a touchdown in eight carries.
J.K. Scott completed 14 of 30 passes for 155 yards and one touchdown for Burroughs (2-3-1, 0-1).
