Computer Parts Unlimited Moving to Moorpark Site
Computer Parts Unlimited, a computer parts marketing and repair company, has purchased a 40,000-square-foot building in Moorpark and is relocating there from Agoura Hills.
Computer Parts bought the facility on Maureen Lane from Moorpark Investment Group, according to the Camarillo office of Daum Commercial Real Estate Services, which represented the seller.
The same brokerage also represented CV Land Associates of Newport Beach in the sale of 3.2 acres of land in Camarillo to Syndicated Real Estate Investments of Woodland Hills.
Bill Bromiley, who heads Syndicated, plans to build a 57,000-square-foot self-storage facility on the Via Pescador property, Daum said.
