Tri-Lite Leaves Irvine for Santa Ana Site
SANTA ANA — Tri-Lite Inc., a Cleveland maker of lighting equipment, said Friday that it has moved its West Coast manufacturing plant and distribution center from Irvine to a smaller facility in Santa Ana.
Company officials said about 50 employees have been transferred to the new location in a cost-cutting move. In July, Tri-Lite moved its corporate headquarters from Irvine to Cleveland.
The manufacturer also moved its Irvine assembly operation to Juarez, Mexico, earlier this year.
