LAGUNA HILLS : Free Services Offered at Car Care Clinic

Free speedometer testing and information about smog inspections and other automotive tests will be offered at a car care clinic at the Laguna Hills office of the Automobile Club on Sept. 30.

The car care fair is sponsored by the Automotive Service Councils, a nonprofit organization of independent garage owners. The event will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
