Dutch Charge Man in Columbia Documents Theft

NEW YORK — A man suspected of trying to sell rare manuscripts stolen from Columbia University has been arrested in the Netherlands, federal prosecutors said.
Daniel Spiegelman, who is wanted in the United States, was arrested on June 8 by Dutch authorities and charged with theft, possession of stolen property and possession of false documents.
