USC : Issues Facing Teens to Be Seminar Focus
Teen pregnancy, drug use, AIDS and the changing job market will be among topics discussed at a free youth seminar Saturday, sponsored by the Teen Post community organization.
Youths, parents and community service workers are invited to attend the six-hour event at USC’s Mark Taper Hall, located near the university entrance at Jefferson Boulevard and Hoover Street.
Registration will be from 9 to 9:30 a.m., and the seminar will begin at 9:45 with opening remarks from Donald Toy, director of the Chinatown Teen Post.
