3 Open Seats on City’s Cable TV Commission

CYPRESS — Applicants are being sought for three citizen vacancies on the Cypress Cable Television Commission.
Those applying must be registered voters and live in Cypress.
The commission is made up of five citizen members and three people representing the city, the Copley/Colony television franchise and the educational community. The commission is an advisory body whose main responsibility is promoting local programming.
The commission meets on the first Thursday of each month at 4 p.m. at City Hall.
Applications are available in the personnel office at City Hall, 5275 Orange Ave., Mondays through Fridays, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The deadline to submit applications is June 30.
