Cable TV Channel to Air Bankruptcy Programs

HUNTINGTON BEACH — The city’s cable television channel, HBTV-3, will air two programs beginning Wednesday that examine the Orange County bankruptcy.
“Orange County Bankruptcy: Truth & Consequences,” features county officials who will discuss the collapse of the investment pool and the county’s recovery efforts.
The second program, “Orange County Measure R: Sales Tax Debate,” is a discussion that will include people on both sides of the half-cent sales tax debate, which goes before voters June 27.
The half-hour programs will air consecutively Wednesday and June 22 at 4 p.m.
