World IN BRIEF : CHINA : Police Arrest Four More Dissidents

Police arrested a labor activist, a scientist and two others as the government continued to detain dissidents in advance of the June 4 anniversary of the 1989 crackdown at Tian An Men Square. Most of those detained have petitioned the government recently for greater tolerance and for the release of pro-democracy activists still imprisoned six years later.
