Esprit to Open Store in Camarillo Outlet Mall

Esprit de Corp., a maker of junior sportswear, will open an outlet store next month at Camarillo Factory Stores in Camarillo. The opening will mean more than half of the 40 stores planned at the center will be in operation.
The new unit, due to open May 25, will be Esprit’s third outlet store in Southern California. The company says it has a total of 243 retail units worldwide.
Other stores that are open or have signed leases in the Camarillo center include Jones New York, Bass, Levi’s, OshKosh B’Gosh, Van Heusen, Maternity Works, Nine West and Genuine Kids.
The center, owned and operated by Chelsea GCA Realty Inc., is vying for tenants and shoppers with the nearby Oxnard Factory Outlet.
