PASADENA : Farewell Planned for Departing Police Chief

A farewell reception will take place Thursday for Pasadena Police Chief Jerry Oliver, who has resigned to become police chief of Richmond, Va.
The reception will be held from 5 to 7:30 p.m. in front of police headquarters at 207 N. Garfield.
