Mother Played a Role in Panah’s Brutality

Convicted murderer Hooman Panah’s mother tearfully recounts her horribly abusive parenting of Hooman throughout his entire life (“Panah’s Mother Tells Court of Abusing Him,” Jan. 7). Is it then she who should be facing the death penalty for the brutal and senseless murder of little Nicole Parker? I am disgusted.
