Complete Logistics Co.: The company said Thursday it has signed a contract with irrigation systems maker Toro Inc. to provide distribution services at Toro’s center in Riverside. Complete Logistics leases equipment and personnel to replace or augment customers’ own transportation fleets. The Buena Park company, a subsidiary of publicly traded Carolina Freight Corp. of Charlotte, N.C., also provides analysis and management of transportation and distribution systems.
