SC Bancorp: The Anaheim parent company of Southern California Bank posted a profit of $2.7 million, or 49 cents a share, for 1994. That contrasted with a loss of $2.7 million, or 79 cents a share, for the previous 12 months. Fourth-quarter profit was down 3% to $819,000, or 11 cents a share, from $847,000, or 24 cents a share, for the same period a year earlier. Total assets declined 2% to $398.6 million from $407.9 million.
