Furon Gains Assets of Custom Coating

LAGUNA NIGUEL — Furon Co. has acquired the assets of Custom Coating & Laminating Corp. in a transaction valued at $24 million.
Furon, based in Laguna Niguel, said Custom Coating is a privately held maker of specialty polymer components based in Worcester, Mass. Custom Coating has had sales of $19 million to $24 million annually the past three years, Furon said.
