Fan interest in the late Pasty Cline, arguably the best female country singer ever, is still strong. Her “Greatest Hits” is No. 9 on the Southern California country chart and No. 39 nationally. Garth Brooks’ “Hits” is still crushing the competition, heading both the Southern California and national country charts--in addition to the national pop chart.
