Running back Emmitt Smith jogged lightly and said he will play at full strength against the 49ers despite the possibility of re-injuring his hamstring. “I’ll be mentally prepared for anything. I’m just going to wrap my left hamstring tight and be out there as long as I can be effective.
“This is a risk I have to take. I’ll risk the damage.”
