House of Blues Forms New-Media Unit: The operation will be headed by Mark Schiller and launch as its first project a live Internet broadcast Jan. 16. The company, which said the division’s goal will be to “foster racial harmony and preserve the influence of the blues in American culture,” plans to develop as products House of Blues Online and House of Blues Software.
