Visitor Bureau Lineup: The Anaheim-Orange County Visitor & Convention Bureau moves into the new year with a new chairman: Bob Zonitch, general manager of the Inn at the Park.
The bureau has also added eight new board members.
They are Wayne Bodington, general manager of the Westin South Coast Plaza hotel; Rich Brown, general manager of the California Angels; Carolyn Carey, chief marketing officer of Knott’s Berry Farm; Werner Escher, director of domestic and international markets for South Coast Plaza; Mark Feary, a Disneyland vice president; Paul O’Connell, vice president of Pacific Coast Sightseeing; Paul Scott, general manager of the Hyatt Regency Alicante, and Ned Snavely, general manager of the Anaheim Marriott Hotel.
The new year “promises to be a banner year as Disneyland and Knott’s Berry Farm open blockbuster attractions,” Zonitch said.
