Free Child Safety Program for Parents

GARDEN GROVE — Rosita Elementary School will host a free parent education night Thursday regarding child safety, a spokesman for the Garden Grove Unified School District said.
The program will begin at 6:30 p.m. at the school, 4726 W. Hazard Drive, spokesman Alan Trudell said.
The presentation will describe how to effectively teach children basic safety skills and help prevent child abduction and abuse.
The workshop will be presented in English, with translation available in Spanish and Vietnamese. Free child care is also available, Trudell said.
