CYPRESS : Senior Center Plans to Lift Holiday Spirits

A forum called “Beating the Holiday Blues” will be presented Wednesday at the Cypress Senior Citizens Center.
The featured speaker will be health education specialist Vanessa Massie.
Lunch will be served in the dining room at noon, following the forum, which begins at 10:30 a.m.
Reservations can be made by calling (714) 229-6779 between 9 a.m. and noon weekdays no later than Monday. The cost of the luncheon will be $1.50 for people 60 and older and $3.75 for those younger than 60.
