Hits Magazine Tip of the Week
Signs of what Warner Bros. Records will look like under new Chariman and CEO Danny Goldberg are beginning to emerge, with speculation that current Warner Bros. Vice President of Product Management Steven Baker will be appointed to the presidency of Warner Bros. or its sister label, Reprise. Which label Baker will run is yet undecided. The major speculation revolves around who will run the other label. Goldberg is expected to make the announcement about Baker shortly after he assumes his new post in January. The other job is expected to remain open until a true candidate emerges.
